- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Other locations: 5-7 business days
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be in original condition
- Return shipping is free
- Refunds processed within 7 business days
6. Warranty
All Lumi products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage or misuse
- Water damage
- Unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
